Hi, sadly windows face tracking is not available in the packaged version, so to fix it you have to have to go to %AppData%/PyNGtuber/Data and disable the mouse tracking in the settings.json file, find “mouse tracking” and set it like this:
“mouse tracking”: “disabled”,
