How did you incorporate the given theme in your game?
The theme “The Little Things” was applied in two ways in the game: conceptually and mechanically.
At a conceptual level, the game is about a girl who writes in her diary about what happens during her day. The idea is that small thoughts, worries, or everyday moments can sometimes feel bigger than they actually are. The diary represents those personal moments where someone reflects on the little things that affect how they feel.
At a mechanical level, this idea is represented through small monsters that appear during gameplay. These monsters symbolize small worries or intrusive thoughts. The player has to eliminate them in order to continue, representing how dealing with small problems or concerns helps you move forward.
In this way, the theme is reflected both in the narrative (the diary and everyday thoughts) and in the gameplay (fighting small enemies that represent those worries).

Not gonna lie, the music made it 10 times more fun! XD
I like the concept, I wish you could actually write the text with a pen like if you hold LMB down and start scribbling text would appear. Nice!
I found the mystery to be interesting, a nice simple concept! i noticed there is an exact spot on the book that will bring up the main menu right about here
Overall great little game!
OMG, I’m so sorry! I didn’t realize that bug was there. I’ll definitely try to fix it for the next version. I truly apologize, but I’m happy you liked the game!
The writing is well done, and the bear is super cute!
I think you could speed up the delivery of the writing (it was far too slow for my natural reading speed), and a more sedate music track would probably add to the vibe.
I enjoyed chasing the little monsters across the pages, but I agree that some more variation would add to the game :) Maybe you could change the size of the creatures and their speeds?
i like this, the bear is very cute, i think the monsters are a bit way too easy. i love the concept though, good job.
