Quite fun! I enjoyed the difficulty progression, the art and the simple oldschool sound fx. Letting the player select their little planet color is a great touch. The colorful stars, planets, asteroids and enemies were very pleasant :)
I wish that I could have held spacebar to keep on shooting, and I wish there was a maximum speed of firing so that I wasn't incentivized to press the shoot button as fast as possible. When a bullet upgrade is picked up, the shoot sound fx plays twice as loud. I think a different sound fx, or no change to sfx would be an improvement over this. Great work!

Thank you so much for trying out my game! I’m glad you had an enjoyable experience and I’m also grateful for the feedback. My decision to press the space bar repeatedly to shoot was actually intentional. The player shot is playing twice as loud during the buff and that’s something I can totally fix.
