great story and i love the artstyle, but the intro is a bit too long for my liking. feels like reading a book instead of playing a game if you get what i mean. still very good job!
Thanks for playing!
“How much a man can loose”, that hit bro, that hit.
The game could use some music to follow this sad story.
Thanks for playing! Yeah I kept it simple with low drums, it works, but I'm used to making more up-beat songs lol
The art is absolutely stunning! The visual style is really interesting and unique
Thanks for playing! Glad you liked it, my art can be hit or miss sometimes xD
Bro honestly the story and art are simple masterpiece idk why but i loved the style of the game but the gameplay is a little bit boring. Keep doing games you have the love for do it
Thanks for playing! Yeah the story actions are pretty shallow I had more ideas for a deeper paths and more mechanics/minigames but just ran out of time.
Making the game in two colors is a good idea. The intro is a bit long, but the concept is interesting.
Thanks for playing! I figured the black and white would pair nicely with the hopeless atmosphere I was going for and the intro is a one time thing if you go multiple rounds so I figured it would be a pretty ok middle ground.
Cool game ! The art and the music give it a very cool atmosphere. The intro was a bit too long for me and I wish there was a bit more control during the gameplay but it kind of is also the jam limitation.
Thanks for playing! Yeah I had more ideas for a deeper story but really only scratched the surface and didn't have time to really dig into deeper story lines/paths.
Fantastic use of theme and limitation, and the vibes are on point. Wish there was more indication of what different actions meant, but overall very intriguing. Also, I love seeing pygame in the wild.
Thanks for playing! Yeah I am a big fan of pygame. I did have an idea for a more complex story system but the debugging took so long lol so I didn't get to flesh it out as much as I wanted.
I could only get to 11 days, guess luck is not on my side. :D
i wish the intro was skippable.
Thanks for playing! The intro story is a one time thing just to give context once you do 1 round and restart it won't play again I figured this was a good middle ground.
