i really like the sight idea, definitely a cool puzzle mystery game in there if you want to refine it
Great concept, the eyes being invisible when closed adds a ton of tension and uncertainty, especially since they block light. It turns every bump into a potential threat. Sound would've helped a ton with the game, though, and the momentum with walls was strange and really made the floaty controls feel bad instead of difficult.
I had a blast playing this! The lore was great too! Is it possible to solve the mystery?
I loved the mechanic of using your vision to find things and being scared by the eyes that show up! The physics was a bit weird, I ended up with a lot of stored momentum and caught on walls.
Interesting choices, but the momentum feels weird and it doesn’t get cut when you hit a wall, so it’s a bit too unweildy and hard for me. =( Also, no sound, no music?
Thank you for the feedback! I'll fix the controls once the jam's over, and I wanted to add sounds and music but I just didn't give myself enough time to
Enjoyable game with a couple of control issues. Escaping the floating eyes was fun, and I liked the idea of the light giving you hints on where to go next. Great job!
Thanks for the feedback! I'll be fixing the controls once the jam's over so hopefully it'll be a bit better experience with them
Great idea for a game, and it turned out really fun aside from some control issues. The audio could also be improved to make the atmosphere scarier. I really appreciate that you added a button to view the full map, I spent quite a few minutes lost in one level. Great work!
Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah I wish I had time to add audio when I was working on it originally, I just didn't have time before the jam but I'll be adding that in a little update after it's over.
I'll be honest, I was using that reveal button for testing when I started and completely forgot to remove it, glad you liked it though!
So cool and Fun <3

Is a cool game, my feedback is similar of others with the controls feeling unresponsive, specially when you collides with the walls, it becomes really hard to avoid enemies when you collide with a wall and the controls simply don't work. I like the FOV mechanic is a cool touch of gameplay btw.
Thanks for the feedback! yeah the controls were something where I was like "Its good enough for now, lemme fix it later" and I never had the chance. I'll update the game after the jam and hopefully it'll be a lot better
Cool game! The controls felt unresponsive, but the FOV-mechanic made it really fun to play!
Thank you, really appreciate the feedback! Is there any sort of specific thing about the controls other than the feeling of being on ice and sticking to the walls?
Sometimes it felt like I was pressing the key but it took a little while until the character moved, and sometimes it was hard to change directions (but I think thats what you mean with 'on ice').
The controls are a nightmare, but the game is great!
Working on making the controls a bit better now! anything specific that I could improve other than the iciness and the collisions with the walls?
Quite an interesting game, but I do have a few comments about it.
Firstly, Hole Lee. I was on ice the entire time. Not only that, I could ZOOM through levels if I just hugged a wall for a good 5 seconds, completing a few levels super quickly. That did lead to a lot of unresponsiveness, and I was a bit disappointed from that. Couldn't feel like I could blame myself or the game, but it just didn't feel right to me.
And then the level design. I'm not sure if the light being jittery was intended, but that definitely helped me a lot with some of the rooms, and I didn't see much issues. Was it weirdly disconfigured? Yes. Did I like it? Also yes. But that fitting with the level design I played up against, it was... not my cup of tea.
The levels with the eyes that suddenly spawned in front of you were the ones I did not like the most. I believe it's a good way to learn that this isn't a good way to add a bit of challenge, because no player wants to "guess and check" if this works or not: I'd think its better that each path have their own ways, or even be tied into a maze, which is one of your levels. That one is a good example of what I think is a good way to incorporate the strategy and puzzle into your game.
The art is great, and the eye's AI is quite forgiving too. So, overall, I'll provide it at 5/10. I like the direction, and I hope there is more polishing. Good luck to your next game making journey!
Hey! Thanks for the feedback!
I'm fixing the movement for a little post jam update now so hopefully it should feel a lot better once I'm done.
The lighting was intentional, wrote a bit about it on my comment to cookie.
Which levels are you thinking of specifically? I have changed the chase so that the eye at the start spawns a bit farther away and won't instantly get you, and the ones with multiple paths did have some hints but maybe I didn't make them very helpful.
Again, thanks for the feedback! I definitely want to make this game better and expand it once I've got time, can't wait to see what you make in the future either!
the lighting looks very jittery for some reason
moving around is very floaty, and it looks like moving into a wall doesn't stop your momentum, so you have to first decelerate, then accelerate even if you were up against a wall, so you get sort of "stuck" whenever you run into a wall, which makes it feel especially unresponsive, and, while it does increase the challenge, it does so in a way that makes it feel worse to play, rather than actually being mechanically/cognitively challenging
i'm also not a fan of the level where an eye spawns right next to you, that barely gives you any time to react and is not a good way to add challenge to a level, it just makes it so you die an extra time before remembering to hold D when respawning
some levels are just about dying repeatedly while trying to figure out where the key is, that's not good puzzle game design - the player shouldn't have to figure out "what do i even do / where do i even go", but rather "how do i get there / do it?", like how to bait the eye to give you some space to go
that's not to say the game is bad though, i like the artstyle and i think having to manipulate the eye's ai like that is an interesting concept, but it could use some more polishing (and playtesting! very important)
Hey there! thanks for the feedback
if the lighting is working the same on my end as it is on yours then it's supposed to be a bit off. With the way that I designed it, the lighting is essentially a bunch of rays that come out of a central point (whether on the player or otherwise) and at the amount of rays that it's using for the player character and lights, things are meant to look undefined and off at a distance.
The movement and the level's tho weren't intentional, I just didn't know that I could let people test on the discord server and didn't have anyone to test things other than myself. I've started to fix some of the things with the movement and that chase level, but I am curious which levels you found to be more on the "what to do/where to go" side since I did try to put hints in most of the levels that required you to go down one of multiple routes.
maybe i missed those hints entirely, but levels with a lot of branches or tendrils-looking structures were especially confusing on where to go
An engaging game with great visuals... It actually got my heart racing while playing it!
Thank you! Really appreciate it:)
Very good, the visual is stunning, some levels are puzzling, some are luck based, and some are intense chasing. I like the chase so much. I wish the game got some audio.
Thank you! Really appreciate the feedback :) I wanted to add some audio but I never got a chance to before the jam ended, I'll make sure to update it with some audio once the voting ends!
