Great! I love how the takahe climbs into the boat to go over a river, and complains about not being a seabird. The waves coming in/out to hide the key were also neat. Although I did get stuck in them once. Great effort.

pretty interactive game got stuck inside the waves glitched in a river died a few times and got stuck after making the cassette tape
The use of theme is pretty cool! How the theme of extinction shows how their life and future existence is on the edge. I do think that the enemies were quite unforgiving as they would move a lot faster than I could. I also accidentally found that when I ran into a border (like the river) then if I sometimes wanted to walk away, then I would somehow get pushed over the river? But other than that I think this is a pretty unique game.
Ending spoilers hahahahahahahah

Cool game, good use of theme, a bit on the hard side as I died very quickly
The game was good and I really like the simplistic art style and the way you interpreted the theme, I didn't manage to finish it due to getting soft locked a few times in the waves area and the part with the seagulls but enjoyed the game nonetheless.
I like this, I see you also used scratch. :)
I like the celeste reference!
this game seems like a fun vibe, but does have a slight issue of a lack of direction, which is especially prominent due to the simplistic art style making some elements hard to understand. nonetheless well done.
This game was really fun. I like the lack of instructions and having to just wander aimlessly to find the puzzles, it really gives you a sense of how big the world in this game is. Especially because in most modern games, you're just told where to go and how to get there. Awesome game.
