I admit the ending did shock me. Why didn't the other survivors send a distress signal to earth then I would have been rescued 2500ish years ago lmao
This game was great. but i got severe motion sickness from playing this.
Sorry to hear. For future reference, would putting a motion sickness warning at the top of the description be helpful?
Definitly
Very atmospheric game, and the storytelling kept me legitimately intrigued. You did a very good job balancing the vast playing field with features like landmarks and the dark-side boundaries to prevent the player from wandering too far. The launch mechanics feel just the right amount of finicky without being frustrating. My only complaint is that I couldn't find the page for the seventh digit after walking around for ten minutes, and I was unable to brute-force the combination, so I couldn't complete the game. I appreciated getting at least some closure on the mystery regardless. Excellent work!
Thank you, that does mean a lot. I'm pretty stoked with the final product all things considered, but yeah I did kind of screw up with that 7th note placement; It's in the twilight area (where it's hard to see), so that's kinda my oversight. Love the fact that you enjoyed it though. Also, the ending isn't much you're missing out on, it just solidifies the events of the story via the computer's own text record
