How does your game fit the theme?
We took the theme and really ran with it so its a BOXing game that is outside the box because instead of playing a action fighting game its a card deck builder.

The references and humor are pretty good, but I feel like the battle music could be improved, as well as adding more variation between fights and their order and having a more complex combat system. Plus, I feel like adding some kind of currency system used to train or upgrade your fighter could definitely add a level of strategy about how to min-max your fighter. Overall though, you guys did a great job and I can't wait to see more of your work in the future.
Y'all are hilarious the references are on point. The concept of a roguelike boxing war game is really cool and if developed further could be really cool. A couple suggestions could be maybe an indicator showing what an enemy is gonna do so you can plan your turn better would make the games miles more strategic and fun.
Really cool idea mixing boxing with a deck builder, didn’t expect that at all. The concept has a lot of potential and I liked the overall vibe. I like the concept of this game a lot and rouge-like elements to it. I just wasn't sure what the strategy was in the card order.
Really cool idea! nice game loop
I think so far out of all the games of this jam I played this one's gameplay loop has the best potential. Im not the biggest roguelike /roguelite deck builder fan (not a big fan of deck builders in general) but the idea of applying it to boxing (and I think using outside the box for BOXing is really fun). Could definetly use more polish and I don't think there's much strategy in the game yet (at a certain point I just used the cards I was dealt without changing anything). Still good game with a lot of potential if you decide to pursue it more in the future
this game is so great. genuinely fun gameplay loop and the artstyle was also interesting.
The Art style was soo cool, my only complain was that it was too short and i also didn't get to understand what i was supposed to do but overall, pretty great game
