Thanks so much! The ice puzzle was definitely a big inspiration in designing the levels haha! And yeah, I can see how people could find the theming a little weak but I’m glad you liked it in the end!

Thanks so much! I’m glad you found it interesting we really wanted to zero in on something very simple while still making it fun and interesting to interact with!

Thanks! We really wanted to hammer in the polish and little details and I’m glad you liked the vibe!

Thank you! I’m really glad you liked the puzzles I was worried they were gonna be too simple haha!

Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the game!

Thank you!

This was a really fun one! I really enjoyed the progression of each night and watching the dungeon grow! The vibe as a sort of super evil villain lord is SPOT ON due to both the really nice and clean art as well as the music! I love simple games like this that iterate on a simple concept like this (heh could you tell by my team's game) and I really love the game y'all made.

I like the concept of the game however while I was playing, I wasn't able to see customer orders and wasn't really able to progress. Maybe there was something I missed but the game seems intuitive if I can figure it out haha!

Cool platformer a little rough around the edges but there is definitely some potential here.

Fun little job sim a la papers please! I am a sucker for the fantasy aesthetic, so I really enjoyed the art! I really liked how much personality each character has and will say gramps is lowk my fav I didn't realize he was gonna be chill like that. I do wish there was a little bit more interactivity but it's the nature of these types of games and jams but hope you can find something that really makes it unique! Overall, I really liked it and would love to see more!

This one is definitely a fun version of the theme. I like the use of Tetris something most people are familiar with and iterating it a way that fits the jam! The little cat is also a cutie and while I ran into a few bugs being teleported/respawning around, I enjoyed the game.

I liked the interviewing process although I do wish it was a bit more interactive and it did feel a little janky moving around with the camera. Overall though I did like the game and narrative!

My running theory is that the hero is actually a doctor when he's not adventuring so that's why apples are evil. But seriously I really liked this game! The art style is very cute, I loved ragebaiting the "Fairy", and while as many have said the runbacks were a little rough, I think the game is short enough that it's not too much a problem! I think you guys did really well to nail the theme, and I think you guys made something really solid!

This one was really interesting and fun! I really liked having to deduce each ingredient and the ability to take notes was super helpful (I also needed to use a hint or two, but it was in the game so it'd totes be a waste not to, right?) This definitely fit the theme really well and you guys crushed it!

Really well-done game! The voice acting is a lot of fun, and I liked the extra little interactable on the desk. The art is amazing and the gameplay loop is a lot of fun. The narrative and feel of the game were spot on I truly felt like I was in the middle of a gang war of crime families!  Loved it!

Hi there may be something I'm missing but it felt mostly random trying to decide who to trust to progress. I did like how you get more tools to discern the imposters, but it really felt like a lot of guessing rather than deducing. The animations were pretty funny though RIP my boy Isaac.

(1 edit)

Everything was made during the week for the jam actually! Our team is just insane LMAO.

Very cute game! I liked the take on the theme, and I think you all did pretty good overall! I think my only grips were some QoL things but the core loop/gameplay was solid!

The visual design is really cool, really love the overall aesthetic of the game. The sound design was also well done. And I think the game did well to show off the theme of the jam! I wouldn't have minded some minor tutorials, but I found the sheep care to be intuitive enough that I understood what each tool did after a glance. I did get both endings (Old man yaoi POG.)

The art is really well done but the game was a bit confusing to say the least it definitely felt liked I missed something. Overall though I think there's a lot of potential here and would've loved to see a fully realized version of what you guys had in mind.

Cool papers please style game. Would love to see it developed further but understand time constraints ran you down.

Y'all are hilarious the references are on point. The concept of a roguelike boxing war game is really cool and if developed further could be really cool. A couple suggestions could be maybe an indicator showing what an enemy is gonna do so you can plan your turn better would make the games miles more strategic and fun.

This is a really interesting and really out there idea for a game. Sadly, the game kept crashing every time I tried to play but the idea and gameplay are a really solid core. Would really love to see the game in its prime state.

This caused me a lot of mental pain but in a good way.

Very atmospheric game with some cool puzzles. Would be really cool to see it developed further!

I quite enjoy strawberries! Cool idea for a game I can see this being expanded in some really cool ways! Well, done overall rock on!

The art is really nice and the concept is really... outside the box. But seriously, very interesting concept for a platformer I found it really cool.

Scmoovin' around felt great and the loop itself is really engaging. It was taking a second to get used to but once I played a bit and got a couple upgrades, I was moving like a demon. Hitting those half court shots to deliver packages was a fun little challenge but I do wish I could somehow dunk the packages haha! Really fun entry. Also, love me some anime women! Had to get that in there.

This is a really good game jam game! The art is really well done and feels clean and professional! The concept is also really fresh. The audio could use some developing as well as making the combat a bit more diverse, but I really liked this one!

I really loved the retro 16-bit style graphics it's so well done! The gameplay was really well done as well even if I wanted to rip my hair out sliding around in the ice level.

Holy guacamole. Great doesn't even begin to describe y'alls game tbh. This game was wonderful. The worldbuilding, the narrative, the art, the music I could go on. Y'all acheieved something really special in the month and so far this is prolly my number 1 game from this jam. I need a full release of this ASAP LOL!

Really cool game(s?)! The controls are a bit tight even with all unlocks on grapple guy but overall, this is honestly one of my favorite games from the jam so far.

We are all born with free will... I used mine to play a game where I flew a tank and parried missiles. I did sadly run into a bug during the second level after dying my screen just went black and I could not continue the game. I will chalk that up to using the browser version tho so that's on me. Definitely a top 5 game this jam. From the pitch to the in-game voice acting, it was all so funny. Getting to the gameplay I mean, it speaks for itself I had a BLAST, literally. Expecting big things for y'all!

The visuals were a little too striking in my opinion, but the game was funny so I had a good time regardless. Fish!

Extremely cool visual design and an intriguing narrative! For the life of me though I could not make it through the first set of enemies as I would clear a good handful of them but would get mogged like yesterday's lunch. Overall, though really cool despite some balance issues I would love to see a full production!

Really cool foundation for a game and really impressive stuff for just a month! I love how expansive the map is but it does feel like it drags on a bit at times. The movement could use a bit of polishing but overall felt pretty nice I like how the dashing felt once I unlocked it. Again, really impressive stuff down with the box!

First off amazing pitch loved it! The game while simple is def a lot of fun I made it to level 7 and had a great time coming up with solutions for the levels I did go through!  One issue I had was the wall jump could be a little finicky but after getting used to it I felt like a speed demon lol. Also, a really refreshing platformer as the idea is really creative!

I chose to self-represent and showed that my cola was buns and they had no case. I didn't get a chance to see the others though, but I imagine they were all really good!

You did really well especially if this is your first game! Rated and reviewed! Would Glep and Glorp all over again!

Rated and reviewed! Your game was really cute and I would love to see more of it!
