Thank you for playing and for the honest feedback! You're absolutely right that the controls were too much to take in upfront and the purple lines (blood gates) needed way better explanation. I've just pushed an update that adds a proper training mode which walks you through each mechanic one at a time: movement, speed, rotation, formations, shooting, gates, and the destroyer bomb. No more guessing what things do. Also good point about the empty areas, some zones could be scaled down to keep things more compact and intense. Appreciate you taking the time, your notes genuinely made the game better.

How did you implement the Theme: Easter Horror in your game?
The game IS resurrection. You are an infection dragging a dead patient back to life, organ by organ. Easter eggs are hidden through the bloodstream containing disturbing medical lore — collect them all and a secret Easter Bunny boss awakens. The "miracle" of coming back is the horror.
Did you implement any of the Bonus Challenges, and if so, which ones?
The Easter Bunny is a secret boss fight triggered by collecting at least eight eggs.
Easter eggs are scattered throughout every zone.
The entire game is death and resurrection. A patient dies in the opening line and you drag her back to life organ by organ.
