No. It's a .zip-archive, that you can download and install on any device readable with your Amiga or Amiga-emulation.
That should work. Just make sure you choose the folder that contains all your other Amiga games. Then unarchive the .lha and run the game by clicking the provided icon. For the full experience, I recommend to do a proper install using the installer app found inside the archived folder. The installer makes sure that everything is fully setup for automatic saving of the highscore table.
