The online sok-stories library sorts by: recent, plays, or "rating". Some seemingly older titles have ratings. The system for actually giving new  ratings seems to not exist / have disappeared.

This is an old post, but for clarity, the ability to rate games is only present in the dedicated Sok-Stories app that you can purchase here on Itch/Steam.
