A nice short entry that managed to balance the difficulty just about right for me.

I liked the artstyle! The cartoony enemies and weapons combined with the rather brutalist UI and environment was a good match.

The progression I think have been made a bit better and obvious I think if each power upgrade increased the players health as well. Because while improving the defense and dodge likely did something, and the attack upgrades I think were noticeable, even just a small health bump would give a more tangible difference to the player.

And while the ending is aburpt I found the little drawing at the end to be very charming! Good work!

Short and sweet, but I liked it!  The environment graphics are especially nice.  I liked the enemy sprites, but they didn't seem to quite fit with the feel of the rest of it.  I would have liked just a little more interesting dungeon design (seemed nothing much to do except a full search) - maybe just a few locked doors with switches nearby would have added a bit more variety.  Really nice cohesive design of the framing around the game (and integrates well into the Itch page!).

Unique entry! I liked the artstyle and the combat! Tho my mouse-raised brain tried to interract with buttons by clicking on them

This was an unexpected fun entry! Had all the proper elements, loved the mob designs and names. Nice progression for a gamejam, easy to follow, the minimap with explored tiles showing was a cool addition!

Very good job!

Nice quick game!

Easy to understand, and looks great. Might be interesting to see this with more puzzle mechanics to advance, or juat going for more melee/combat.

Thanks for the game!

I love the premise of controlling drones, I liked how the interface was diegetic and you could see your human character controlling the drone. The enemy art was awesome.

Defeated mutant alien thingy! I like the level design and how the gun has a cooldown, so you have to line up the perfect shot.

This was fun. Short and sweet. The movement felt really good.

A solid entry all around! Fantastic art and theme implementation. Only wish there was more puzzles! Great work.

Atheistically, this game looks very scary for a retrofuturism type of game. I completed the Beta section and died at the Delta section. So combat appears to be determined your power in comparison to the enemy's power. This game is really fun and just wish that I knew what I was supposed to do earlier, I got stuck at the beginning without knowing that I can open the door by hovering over the hand button with my mouse.

I don't really vibe with the point & click movement/interaction that you give to the player since it appears to be more snappy and clunky than just using keys.

The F key also did the interact action. I had planned on making the 1st level's side room button stuff more of a tutorial on the controls for the game but it was cut short :( Thanks for playing!

Mission completed… Snappy movement, nice graphics and cute sprites. I think the retrofuturism was implemented well in this entry. I just wish there was a little bit more gameplay. I actually like bump combat, but it felt a bit bare bones in this regard. Sound was fittin… Good entry!

I managed my way through the maze. One of the levels was quite big for such a tiny map view, but I still think that was the right choice!

Lovely character art and great storytelling with them and their names! The wall textures were also nice as well as the UI. The music I wasn’t too keen on and that was even before I noticed it was AI generated.

Here’s the playthrough:

I got lost and couldn't get to the last door :'(

I got a kick out of the last level when the music started and I noticed that the tiles were noticeably bloody but the robot was no match for my blaster! Only issue I hit was that my numpad was cycling through selected states on buttons but WASD+QE and mouse worked really well. Was a fun game from start to finish!

Pew pew. Feels like a very classic crawler experience with some modern comforts; the movement controller, UI, perspective was all excellent, as is the instant-step.

It's nicely paced and the perfect length. I felt like I was cheesing the game a bit by just strafing all the time with the gun upgrade, but perhaps that was intended.

Thanks!

Mission completed

I had a lot of fun playing the game, the perspective and movement feel perfect and I especially like the strong handmade feel of the graphics and that the game plays as fast as you press the buttons, it's snappy.

Thanks for sharing!
