Simple gameplay, but with an awesome focus on the artwork.

I really liked the background, all the little details.

And yes, there was the spacebar holding glitch, but that’s fun anyway to see the numbers climbing :)

Good work !

Cool game, love the artstyle!

Man this game got my fingers dancing. Yeah love the art. I just kept pressing and the numbers kept climbing.

My bad, yep that was not supposed to happen, I cleaned up a bug where it would restart the score after 15 but then this bug popped up. Oh well, will test drive it better next time.

Thank you for playing

I like the artwork, and music! Especially like how the background characters show up and change shape/color etc, really funny. I think I got the idea that you have to press spacebar when the jumper turns red, but I discovered the same bug as the other commenter where I could just hold spacebar.

Aside from that, I think it would be easier to tell what's going on if the character moved smoothly - they seem to teleport through the air and then suddenly fall on the trampoline. It's not clear if it's supposed to be reaction based or timing based or a bit of both...

Developer

That's it, I test drove it using mouse (for mobile) and spacebar and never in a million years did I think about holding spacebar.

Smoother animations take a big toll on my smooth brain XD, I drew this in the 3h, then got an old song from a jam session and then programmed the logic, basically when you hear the sound of the trampolin and the jumper turns red you have .5sec to press spacebar, if you don't he collapses on the floor. the dudes show up after 5, 10 15 successfull jumps (just wanted the idea of progression)

Gonna clean up and make it better later

Good visuals. But I didn't quite understand what my task was, because if I hold down the spacebar, the score will flow like a river.

Developer

How could I have been so blind, you are right, I'll patch that up.

You are supposed to jump to when the dude turns red

Developer

Jump to the beat of the trampolin.

Spacebar, left mouse click or screen touch on mobile.

Assets made with krita, lmms, Godot. No ai involved.

Hope you have fun
