Super unique art style which looks really cool and you nailed the ambience. The audio is great and really adds to the atmosphere but as others have mentioned the option to tweak the volume would be nice! Really impressive stuff overall, great job!

Very ambitious, reminds me of the Chilla's Art collection of horror games on Steam, I liked the abstract retro art style, and the ambience of the game is great. The audio is a little loud though, an option to tweak it on the main menu would be appreciated. A certain section also gets a little too dark at times, maybe a torchlight could be useful. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The atmosphere is just insane. keeps you on edge. while not a fan of this art style, it works for this game. I got a bit stuck at the flower puzzle but that's just skill issue. great game

I would like the game if I wasn't scared of horror games. I'm no the target audiance but the low res aestetic, the sound effects and voice acting, the post processing makes you super tense all the time, I hated it, it's perfect jsjsj

I got stuck saddly in the vent part, didn't know what to do next because I coudn't pass where it keeps going tilted upwards. I'm such a coward to keep playing but it is an interesting experience!!!

tbh I was a little turned of from the graphics, but on my second time trying it I enjoyed it a lot. The atmosphere of the game is insanely good, the audio and visual makes you feel uncomfortable, but in the best way possible for this kind of game.

Great job!

Hi ! It was a fun game, really loved the little robot at the second floor ! Sadly, it was a little too dark and the post process effect made everything a little too fuzzy and difficult to read. In terms of atmosphere, it works really well to give an oppressive feeling but it could have some more adjustments ! The audio was really well done and as a whole, the game works really well ! I'll gladly follow the project if you continue it ^^

Hi Mandoli! Dropping by from the Windows thread to support your project. I just played INMORTIS and the visuals, music are very unique. It's a very atmospheric experience! Nice game

If you have some time, I'd love for you to try my project as well. It's a bit of a different vibe (stylized God-sim), but I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Very oppresive and eerie feeling. I like that you can't run, mixed with the tight corridors, saturated audio and the analog mechanics. All of those blend well with the hard to distinguish textures and the filters that make you feel like you are trapped in a nightmare.
The jumpscare was shocking, yet childish, there was no real buildup to it, I didn't yet fear the creature enough. I suggest to put it elsewhere, start with something creeping behind you.

Please make a UI to close the game.

The experience was interesting overall. Keep up the good work!

Hidden gem. For me its the best game on this jam.

the graphics are good, the sound design is also good, but add the cut-scene skips

I ran into a bug where the mouse movement freezes when you talk to the captcha robot and I couldn't progress after that.   Has anyone else encountered this?

The atmosphere seems great tho!

That was not a big but a feature of how it was originally meant to be played, when you are done with the captcha it should unlock

I'm behind itFor some reason, the trigger doesn't seem to always happen. Maybe movement should be locked as well and the player should be teleported to a fixed position while doing the CAPTCHA.  (also it goes on for too long and then ur hit with the startle   jumpscare)

I also ran into a bug where if you go into the vents before the voice lines finish playing (when the monster enters) it'll respawn you and then you are following behind the monster as it crawls through the vents, despite that I was able to finish the game

Reminds me of the early   Mike Klubnika games where you collect things and then the story advances

A mouse crosshair is VERY MUCH needed

Thank you for your detailed critique, I will keep this things in mind!

Very great aesthetic, I love the overall atmosphere and sounds. There was a bug though at the captcha area, I interact with the lever before the guy at the counter can finish speaking, and then my screen got locked up, can move with WASD but can't use the mouse. Overall, the game is really immersive!

Very interesting old school horror vibes! It's a bit hard to see the text, but I like how there was a voiceover. It made the game very immersive and the story was interesting as well!

Really excellent aesthetic, totally captured me. I think this one is my favourite so far.

Really loved the game. Took me 15-20 min to complete the game. Making something like this in 14 days is crazy work. Good Job!

woah the atmosphere was insane. I knew that this game was gonna be good but just wow, the ambience, the art, it's all so good. The captcha traumatized me fam lol ;-; You did really well on this one man. I kept leaving the game window to catch my breathe coz I was so tense. Maybe I am just a horror game noob but this shook me to the core.  I wish it was longer, I would love to be in that world longer. I would love for you to play JANTA-9 and hear your thoughts on it!

This is genuinely a strong foundation for a good horror game, however:

  • The subtitles look like part of the game world, so they blend in too much, especially where the text is small. Either increase the text size or remove the in-game filter effect from the text.
  • There's no aim reticle / interaction point, so sometimes it's unclear which items I can interact with. This is particularly noticeable in the laboratory on the 4th floor.
  • If this project is developed into a 2–3 hour indie horror experience, I would consider gameplay similar to solving a Captcha — something unusual and distinct from the primitive "find and apply" formula.

The visual style gives me the creeps!
