Beautiful art and sound design, the ambience of the starting zone is charming, the sounds are good.

Settings menu is functional and what I expect for a submision. It could be refined by removing the "UI settings" name and only activating certain buttons on the playing scenario.

I don't like that the staff just shoots a lazer beam to collect resources, doesn't fit the theme quite well.

Overal I find it a nice, simple but charming  well paced crafting game. keep it up!!

Hi! I'm the 2D artist, thank you so much 💜

Unfortunately in the jam build the sceptre didn't always behave correctly, it could be bugged in some runs.
The sceptre should render the player character invulnerable for the duration of its battery, and leave them exposed to danger as soon as it runs out (temporary invincibility).

We weren't allowed to update the build until the jam's voting period was over, but now you can find a new build that fixes this! ⭐

The black and white art style looks amazing, it gives the game a really strong identity and feels super intentional. The monochrome palette works so well here, everything looks clean, stylish and kinda haunting at the same time. It’s simple visually but hits hard, really well done. I’d really appreciate it if you could rate my game too :3

I'm really torn with this game . . .

+ This game looks incredible!!! The music is great, the art is so adorable

+ Very addictive and fun crafting premise

+ Very unique concept

+ Hidden collectibles/unlockables are such a heartwarming attention to detail, and really adds to the production-value

- This game feels very broken. After a ghost has killed you once, they will not attack you again after you've respawned even if the meter runs empty in the overworld. Unless you restart the game completely

- I'm no longer able to craft anything after having crafted three powerups, even if I have all of the necessary materials needed

- This game really could use a map

- It would be wonderful if you could interact with the other characters, including the underworld king, in the base (I would have loved to see what the rest of those lovely, adorable looking skellies would have had to say). Also, the cauldron and other stuff should definitely serve a function

- It would increase the atmosphere more if every area would have its own music, or at least some slight variations of the same theme for each of the areas

Overall, amazing game. This one could easily be turned into a full-title to be sold on Steam after a few of the kinks have been ironed out, do not give up on developing this game further!!

It is really well polished so you should be proud of yourself! There are a couple things to note, I feel like it was a slow progress I was not too sure what the bar next to me did I thought it was my health so I kept going back to the caste. I had to gather a lot for the power ups to see some progress.

Fun cute survival-crafty goodness!  Looks great, and very humorous and well-polished.  Nicely done!

I'm in love with the art ! It's very polished, impressive for a jam game.

The core loop is simple yet effective, a bit more feedback and "juice" from interactions and it would be perfect.

Good job !
