My laptop screen is a little funky size -> 1920 x 1200. Usually it doesn't cause issues but maybe it does for this? Also note I'm not on Windows so that could also be a factor.

Nice glad it was just a resolution bug and not a design choice LOL. Will watch a playthrough for a more accurate view of it.
