very nice, could use a bit more juice and while the simple shapes made the game work; i feel like having a bit more detail for the art wud have helped give more 'pop' to the game. regardless the gameplay was pretty solid, felt pretty fair for a jam game.

also a simple quick change u cud implement is having the camera zoom and pan out with the player... the farther they are to each other the more zoomed out the camera will be. this helps give an illusion of depth to the surroundings.

Oh yes, thank you for the feedback, I haven't thought about the camera thing.

This was a lot of fun. Very reminiscent of early classic arcade games.

aahh, I love rotational symmetry! it does things to your brain!
I wonder: have you tried different control schemes?
I was wondering how the game would feel, if you would adjust rotational speed with left+right and "chain length" with up&down. probably way harder...

Developer

Hi !

Yes, I thought about the same thing. I tried a few control schemes, butthe other ones were even more confusing (and I don't want to require the use of both Arrows and WASD), so I let it like that.

Thanks for playing.
