Unfortunately this request will be a flat no, this would involve reworking a vast number of CGs with different variants including pubic hair. This would require a lot of work, and with only two content patches left before the game is complete, it would be unrealistic to invest that much time into it.
Though I hope this could be catered for by a random event with Anna shaving in the shower on a Tuesday? Doc could answer this...
