I'm having no luck figuring out what exactly is required to play this game from the tutorial text. You might consider just giving us screenshot of what a first step would look like, Since the game can't be updated to be more easily understood from the start. Otherwise I would suggest making a tutorial level where you have about two or three options for what to do rather than the full game which is currently overwhelming.
