A lot of games that remind me of Papers, Please this jam! This one is really unique on its style and premise using fantasy creatures to verify their adulthood age.

Love the theming and this noir art style. A small note I wanna add is I wish I could give back the ID I grab in game. just feels like I'm keeping them for some reason and maybe some kind of indication they got their ID back but that's just me nitpicking. Excellent job.

thanks (:

Best graphics I've seen so far! There was so much attention to detail, every felt so smooth. Was the game infinite? I just decided to fail at day 6 because I didn't think anything else would happen

(Thanks for playing. :) )
The game does indeed go on forever, though caps out in visitor number by day 5.

I really loved the graphics and music — aesthetic bliss. The best thing I've seen at this jam. Overall, I understand and like the core loop. But I feel like an idiot: I only see one button, and it skips. How do I not skip characters?

Developer(+1)

Accepting a Character is done by swiping left on them. (Thank you for the compliments <3)

Thanks for the hint!

Graphics look amazing, incredible work for such a short time! I love having to keep in mind the different ages of various fantasy races for this type of game. It gets a bit repetitive once there are no more races to introduce. I'd recommend either going full-in on the (very clear) Papers Please influence and have a bunch of details to keep in mind for each race, or to maybe make it more fast-paced and arcade-y with little time to calculate ages precisely. I think in either case, adding time pressure would greatly benefit this game. Nice work, and cheers from a fellow Man Age!

As others have said it's a bit too simple for how it seemingly goes on forever with little escalation, but I will say for those first few days, the introduction of other fantasy races was a neat hook.

Very cool concept! It was a bit simple of a game loop but I think it has potential pared with other loops, especially with the absolutely stunning art and music.

From one Man Aging game to another, good work! The high point of this one is absolutely the noir artstyle, it's just such a cool and well-executed style and the animations here are really well done too. While intriguing at first, I think the whole concept of looking at ids and finding their age could have used an additional twist of some sort, just to jazz things up a little bit and give the gameplay a bit more depth. Other than that though, cool concept and art, I'd love to see it expanded further.

Really good art and music, a little simple for me the game loop but well done in general
