At the beginning I was not really feeling it with this game, I thought the theme use was not really eventful, but then , the twist happens, and it hits so goddamn hard! Great job with this game man!
This game had a really good story and man age was definitely an appropriate name. I did something similar.
I sucked at this, but it was made well :3
The music and the story were absolutely incredible! I just wish there was a bigger focus on the age management. I got to wave 31 and died before starting to get old... maybe I was just good at age management idk
Really cool game overall!

nice gameee
Really cool game, i got to wave 23, was alot of fun!
Great game in general, i enjoy it but i have 2 issues with it (plus the high volume of the game), the first is that the pool of power ups is not limited based on you type of attack, i mean i take melee but they are sometimes that the 3 power ups to pick are all for the range attack so they are useless. And the other problem is that the animation of the ranged mage enemy has not preparation time when it attacks so it's a little frustrating, because even with the dashing mechanics it's really difficult to kill them if you are a melee and they are more than one. But like i said in general great work
Thank you for your feedback! I think we should have made it more clear that regardless of what you picked between melee and ranged in the first choice, you still gained both types of attacks before the end of the tutorial. I also totally agree on the litch, he's probably the enemy in the most need of tweaking.
Great concept of managing time as a currency.
Not sure why but for this particular game, music/sound volume was huge, had to lower it down fast after starting.
I've felt that clashing quiet long dialogues with fast paced action game like this was a bit missed. Maybe in other form it could work, but I think it would be better to get reading to minimum in this game like you did fine with powerups.
From one Man Aging game to another, great work on this! Great take on the concept, with the character losing their power-ups as the game progresses. Loved how the time 'resource' was also tied to attacks, which incentivized you want to manage your attacks to be as efficient as possible, I just thought that was some neat game design. My one piece of feedback would be to add some sounds to the enemies, I just think it would help give them and their attacks a little more personality and telegraphing. Other than that though, spiffy game!
Thanks for the kind words! There are enemy sounds, but they're definitely mixed way too quietly... Will certainly fix that for the post-jam release!
Second game in a row I played titled "Man Age", what are the odds? Anyways, I got to wave 31 on my third try and feel like I understood the game a little better each time, which I appreciate. Could've used more sound effects and a little less repetitive-looking room, but those are about my only complaints.
I liked it :). I was having a blast killing all those enemies and upgrading my ranged weapon. But I realized that my actions had consequences when literal death was after me. I had to manage and make each shot worth it. Made it to wave 46 where my last 2 options was between loosing my ranged weapon or loosing my movement.
why dose this have better writing than Harry Potter?!
Really cool concept of earning your abilities and then losing them over time, but I do wish it was slightly more clear, maybe I was just being dumb but it took me about three runs to realize that death shows up after a certain number of boons rather than a set wave. Life spat some bars until it turned out they were evil lol. Overall really good and the graphics also look stellar for a game jam.
Also uhh i somehow clipped into this wall and could not get back out lol. made it to wave 27 like this
Amazing, you found a way to cheat Death lol. Thanks for the feedback and for playing our game!
