More mechanics could be added, for example, even if there's a flying mechanic, I couldn't figure it out. But overall, the art is beautiful and the animations are also good.

Honestly, I LOVE the jump, controls, and mechanics. It’s such fresh gameplay and the graphics are so polished. The wind drafts really did it for me. Only thing is, I didn't catch on to the backtracking at first, so I kept getting stuck at obstacles that needed power-ups I hadn't found yet.
This game really gives me Fez vibes with the music used for it and the artstyle adopted, everything is really cute! However, I felt the theme was a bit diminished, and there were a few things, like the controls with the glide are a little tacky, the Meters not displaying correctly and sfx being way too low compared to the music. But otherwise is a simple great game with a surprisingly big overworld that you need to backtrack after you acquired your abilities.
thank you1! im so happy it reminds you of such a great game, even if it was unintentional! and true, the ui and sounds were added last minute, so thats to be expected, and the backtracking should have been hinted at in the dialogue but i didn't have time for it in the end 😅 also yea, my idea for the theme "a chicken managed to reach the skied" was quite a stretch
I'm not sure how to rate this theme because it really didn't seem connected to it at all when I was playing, but then I read the description and was like "okay that's cute". This whole game was cute, really, and it kind of surprised me with how you go back and forth between areas for upgrades. The main blemishes with polish are some oddities with the UI: the meters in the top-left didn't seem to update appropriately, especially the green ones when I got them; and there was apparently one frog I could talk to but I couldn't figure out how.
Gameplay is unexpectedly solid and polished,
the gamefeel of the wind-drafts really carry the game for me.
character feels easy to control without being weightless, jump feels good.
Appropriate care and restraint in the level design and mechanical pacing tickles my brain good.
Definitely stood out from the crowd, Overall fun and well-developed for a game-jam project.
