Really awesome.
Pretty cool idea! Congratulations!
Love the idea, a bit hard to understand what is going on, but this is such a unique idea that it makes it interesting
Very unique idea and great execution. It was a lot of fun trying to build different sentences with the words provided, and it's honestly genious that you use the words of previous victims. Which also lets you understand the relationships that the crew members had with each other. There was maybe one part where I wasn't really sure what I had to reply, I thought I picked the correct combination but it wouldn't register, so I had to button-spam to proceed to the next sentence. Other than that, it worked flawlessly for me. Well done with this one!!
Super creative game, I love the core mechanic, and the overall atmosphere of the ship was nice and tense as well. Great job on the voice acting too. The binds, as in what number says what, could have been shown on screen after player presses the button first, cause for the first few turns it was a guessing game. The game really did make me feel like an alien trying to mimic humans tho lol, so amazing job on that!
Suuuper creative gameplay idea.
Awesome visuals and atmosphere. The concept of being the body invading alien and going undercover, tricking the crew is also very funny to me.
Unfortunately the voice rebinding didn't work great for me and because I was struggling a lot with hitting words, it was also pretty frustrating to not now which words to fish for. Would've loved to continue playing this, but I was hard stuck pretty soon.
Really cool concept and good execution. I love the extra options you provided like the space bar menu, it'd be really cool to see a more filled out game that continues the ideas here.
Absolutely great voiceover and sound work. Very intriguing and fan to play. I couldn't finish the game, though (kinda hard to find the last combination of words), and it seemed like nothing happened after the countdown reaches zero. In any case, amazin job you all!
Really cool idea! I’ve never played a game with gameplay like this before.
I think It could be easier to pick words if I could see them, but I still had a lot of fun.
Loved the voices and art.
This was really fantastic! You all really did a fantastic job on getting this done. I will say the most unique gameplay I played on this game jam so far, and the finale really made me memorize words a lot (to the point of writing it down on a paper haha)
I will forever remember the words now of "Omega One, Seven, Victor Victor, three!"
The only critique I can think of is this game does not have anything related to the theme decay, maybe I missed it somewhere though
What a wonderful jam game. Really loved it and would play more. Great idea with the voice reshuffling and trying to make out a legible message - It made me feel kind of like and alien trying to scramble another language together.
