Many millions of light years before it all began to make sense, a new galaxy was born. Its first steps were shy, its voice weak, and even the shadows looked at the newborn with doubt. But it takes courage to stand out - and a new legend made its first attempts to shine through the many layers of cosmic dirt.

I love the textures you created! The pace of the music is perfect and really captures the description. I enjoyed listening to your submission a lot! it feels like it would work perfectly for video games, films, or documentaries. Really cool ambience, textures, and worldbuilding!
I really like how the music reflects the story in the description. It has a nice ambient quality to it, and the atmosphere feels very immersive, so it’s easy to just get carried along by it. I also like the different layers of instruments and how well they work together, everything feels very cohesive :)
I like those sampled style drums, it kinda gives off that Forge/Workshop vibe. I also love the bass work in the song. The melody is also really nice when it enters on, I js think it could be used in a more impactful way. Still really solid submission :)
When you came to the blacksmith to craft some gears :P

have to agree that it doesn't feel like a melody focused track, but I love the rhythm section stuff and the spacey factory vibe is exquisite.
Interesting track! Very well executed atmosphere. The percussion sound unique but very good imo! In terms of the jam itself, here are my thoughts:
Melody Clarity 3/5
It actually took me multiple listens to really catch a clear melody? The track is very ambient, and the melody gets lost in the wash so to speak. But it is definitely there.
Melody Impact 2/5
I think the ambient nature of the track hampers the impact somewhat. The melody doesn't cut through that clearly, it's kind of just a part of the track instead of the main character. I think that's as good of an approach as any for a track, but maybe not for this jam in particular.
Composition 4/5
The track in it's entirety is well done. I love the percussion, and think the track develops nicely and tells a good story.
Listenability 5/5
I listened to this one many times! A very pleasant experience.
Correlation to Theme 3/5
I've given this same criticism to other tracks already and I start to feel like a broken record haha, but I feel like out of context this track does not feel related to either the painting, or the theme of a weapon? With your description however this really falls into place, this fits the birth of a galaxy well.
Good job on this one! My favorite thing was the texture and sounds used. There could have been more focus on the melody, but on it's own I still think this was a joy to listen to!

The pad texture sounds smooth for the space theme, but the melody is a little bit weak, and the groovy bassline does not seem to blend in with the atmosphere very well. Good job :)
Really great atmosphere, maybe a bit too chilled out on its own for the Weapon Of Legend theme to me, but the melody is really nice and just the whole overall track has a great feel with the groovy bass and rhythmic percussive elements.

I really like the low fidelity textures behind this. It takes a large step away from the more orchestral feel a lot of folks went with this Jam and instead creates a more ambient and darker tone both thematically, sonically, and mix wise. I think it's also far from the "Weapon of Legend" motiff the Jam had, but it's incredibly consistent with the rest of your work and really works as a strong commercially viable track.
