First off not mad at itch. Just want some help. 

I bought a bundle of tilesets off a creator here.  They are abysmal. Like someone took assets with the white and grey 

Background and just cut them out via the smart selector in Photoshop. 

White artifacts everywhere. Completely unusable. 

Dudes pumping out packs like 3 a day. It's all just suspicious to me.

Basically I just want itch to refund me my $20 bucks for these crap assets so I can buy better ones from winlu and knk

Also creator has no way to message email and has zero socials.

What you should do is contact Itch support via email, detailing all the problems and providing any evidence you deem necessary. You should receive an automated reply with a ticket number.

If a significant amount of time passes without a response (as I understand is your case), you can post the ticket number here in the forum and politely ask the moderator to inform the staff about your case.
