For “Not My Isekai...” Yes, but I need a way around a timeskip at least for the first offspring.
As for “A Fracture Prescription”, a timeskip will be unavoidable, but results will only be seen if you get the “good” ending.
In worlds with magic or superpowers, can't you have them aid in child rearing?
Time manipulation to either stall or speedrun the pregnancy, governmental or charitable daycares that use superpowers or magic to effectively care for your kids while their parents do other stuff, using superpowers to generate resources like food/materials/money/space/time...
For a bonus, the caretaker could be another option for a lady to knock up! Hell, one of your harem members could be dedicated to doing it while the others stick to their niches.

there are many ways to do it tbh some games have a short period for pregnancy like 2-4weeks, other use way to time skip like magic or just straight out timeskips or you could just doe the ".... is pregnant" and them at the end you could just show the future or have a "post credid scene" with the mc and giels as a happy family or with the kids as adults and the mc and girls as senile old ppl or something like that :D
