This is actually a really interesting concept and as your first time Im really impressed. It really hooked me with the storyline and the tasks. I love how it has different ending and different achievements so it makes the player to try again and again. The art style even suits with the concept and hello you can draw! <(￣︶￣)>
I think as suggestions if you want to or like to expand the gameplay, may be you can try make dolls with their own lore and then also to show the connection between them and the grandma. With that, you can try add more options for the tasks so it wont feel repetitive. May be for some colour choices for texts need to think more cause of my poor ahh vision sometimes it was hard to read due to the font nature.
