I liked the game, it reminds me a lot of the time I spent playing Space Cadet Pinball on Windows XP with Medieval Madness. Playing the game in full screen is very satisfying, seeing the richness of detail in the game and the alien walking on the screen is very cool, it's desperate trying to keep hitting him.

I also liked the music, I think it illustrates the game well, but I think the voice acting could be improved, changing the current voice to one with an alien, monster or technological theme.

It's a very fun game, congratulations!

Really fun game.

I liked the ambiance, the graphics also the music.

But above all I loved the voice actor, with the nicest accent I ever heard.

Love the game! It's simple and very addictive. I'm not really a fan of pinball but I really like this. You should definitely make a sequel or more levels.

Ah, good ol' pinball game, brings back memories (Epic Pinball from 1993)  - all in all very solid entry, good visual, audio and physics. Curious if you are going to pursue this further with more in game features and additional machines / layouts.

Hey thanks. I am definitely planning to make more pinball machines! This game also contains a built in editor that I used to place all the parts, so I want to reuse that to make more games. Also I learned a lot about pinball and think I can design a better game next time.

This take me back! Used to spend so much time playing the windows version of this because it was the only thing that was installed on our family PC! Well done, really like how juicy and faithful it is to the original whilst putting a new spin on i

This game is really funny and it makes me return to the time i used to play pinball when i was a kid,  in my case to use shift so many times makes some windows option to popup, maybe better with arrows, but the idea of the game and the final result is very well done and implemented

Really impressive game. Its been ages since i played a pinball game. The art is absolutely stunning. Its pretty confusing for using both mouses as input keys not that its bad. It could've been easier if it was arrows. The sound and music is also great.

Developer(+1)

Thanks, you can also use shift keys on the keyboard to control or a gamepad. I will add arrow input also next time I update.

Nice Alien Crush style demo. Love all the visual effects. Graphics wise its very clean and professional looking. Good music and sound effects. A lot of nice little touches.

Developer

Hey thanks so much. Alien Crush was probably the biggest inspiration for this one.

Really fun and entertaining! The game runs really smoothly. I also like the simple use of LMB and RMB for the flippers. The music and SFX sounds fit the game really well.

Developer

Thanks! I always try to integrate as many input possibilities as possible into my games so users can play however they like. Mouse isn't the best option but it is the most accessible and instantly available. I use mouse to play while working alot too because it helps reduce friction of moving my hand off the mouse.

🎮 Fun & Gameplay:

The physics simulation in this game is highly impressive; the flippers and the ball react beautifully to create a genuinely authentic feel. The inclusion of the classic "tilt" mechanic is also a fantastic touch! While the core pinball mechanics feel a bit basic—though I may have missed some hidden depth—it plays incredibly well. However, it was surprising to see the absence of movable top gates (a staple of classic 80s pinball machines); adding that feature could provide an extra layer of skill to the gameplay.

🎨 Graphics & Audio:

Visually, the game is a treat. The title screen art is striking and perfectly evokes the classic painted styles of vintage pinball machines. In-game, the neon color palette fits the alien theme flawlessly, and the ball rotation and trailing effects look modern and "juicy." The UI is remarkably clean and distraction-free, though swapping the current text for a retro segmented display would really tie the arcade aesthetic together. Personally, I would have loved to see even more visual juice—like sparks or flashes—upon collisions, but the current presentation is still excellent.

The audio design is equally stellar. The title screen welcomes you with a relaxing, chill soundtrack, which transitions nicely into a mysterious, atmospheric, yet unobtrusive track during gameplay. The sound effects are punchy and highly appropriate, and the addition of a synthesized voice is a brilliant touch that elevates the entire retro experience.

🤖 AI Implementation:

An absolute masterpiece! The way AI was utilized here clearly paid off.

💡 Final Thoughts:

Alien Pinball delivers a premium, highly polished arcade experience that flawlessly captures the nostalgia of classic pinball while playing remarkably smoothly.

Thanks so much for your feedback. This game was kind of a proof of concept for setting up a pinball with AI like this and how well it would work out. I learned a lot about pinball design mechanics and am still improving. I just added the rollover letters at the top to spell ALIEN based on your suggestion.

I hope to use this system to create another much better pinball game with a different theme now that I have the core working.
