Could you make the knife easier to find? I was stuck and needed to watch a playthrough in order to find it. Just a piece of advice

Might just be me and as an RPG fan, I gotta click on everything lol, but didn't think too hard. Achievements on the other hand, can't figure out how I got 2 or 3.
