It's really cool and really funny. Love the art, characther, setting and concept.
But as people has stated before, the mood mechanic is... idk. Maybe im too dumb, but i couldn't find a way to consistently deduce which interactions will make them react bad. The only reliable clues you can get is getting those bad reactions in the previous visit and still it doesn't always tracks. Like, the best clue was the warning about not using the stethoscope too much and not being "unprofessional". And still, my use of the others wouldn't be described as "professional" more than "HR-call-worthy curious", but overall they tend to like that so in the end i just did full checkups with everything. Doesn't help that you only see the mood rating at the end and doesn't tell you if it went up or down.
So the mood mechanic doesn't feel like it is there to reward my deductive skills (which i think was the point of it) and feels more like punishment for my compulsion of wanting to see all the possible dialogues (which are the best part of the game besides the art).
