Really sick game! The polish and the artstyle looks great but a brief introduction of how to play the game and how to progress properly would have been awesome! Other than that, good job!

Thanks for your feedback! I appreciate you!

Really like the aesthetic and audio. Didn't really know what to do at first, and I think the hitboxes to select stars and the souls could be a bit bigger. But overall really like this for a gamejam game!

Developer

Thank you for playing!

Nice job, I really like the art and music, very chill idle game. I'd echo what others said, the progression could use some work.

Cool! :)

I enjoyed this game, but I feel like sight upgrades were pointless because I never ran out once I got auto-catch.

Developer

Absolutely, that needs to be rebalanced. Thanks for the feedback!

Pacing is quite slow.  Incremental games are typically going to give you a little more to do, but the only manual step is automated away within the first minute or two.  Overall fun idea, and I like the mythology angle.

100% agree. I learned a lot that I would do differently next time. Thanks for playing and for leaving good feedback!

I think I like everything about this game. My only complaint is that it's a bit long for a game jam. With 200 entries, I try to give every game a chance, but I can't spend 30 minutes on each one. So for a full game, the pace is awesome. For a gamejam - make it shorter \ faster.

Developer

Absolutely, I missed the mark with pacing. I'll carry that forward as a learning for the next jam. The goal is to allow the player to experience everything the game has to offer or beat the game within a 3-minute session.

My boat was supposed to have 4 capacity but every other pickup only gets 1

Ah, sorry about that. Thanks for letting me know! I fixed that bug.
