Super charming protagonist and nice take on the theme. I liked how the boss kept shrinking down between phases, and it was fun seeing the fight change visually as it went on. The hit animations when the stars hit the boss looked really good, and the destruction animations were fun to watch too. The effects made the hits feel way better.
I also really liked the silly setup. Ninja vs robot is just fun. Guess we know now who would win between the two. Nice work getting a finished entry in with a completion message too. That always deserves respect in a jam.
