It isn't working. I might be wrong but i think it's something from itch, so, what if you send it somewhere outside itch.io? Like, a unlisted video on YouTube with a link? This might make no sense but it could be it.
Have u try paste the link into discord? There's a + icon in the left panel, u can copy the link and paste it in there

If possible, try making an alt account. I made one a few days ago and finally got in.
