I got some feedback on my game and I was wondering if minor QOL changes were allowed like bug-fixes or improving the gameplay slightly, I don’t intend on adding anything that significantly changes the way my game is played

QOL updates wouldn't really be appropriate. If you don't care about the ratings, you could, and add it in an update note. The idea though, is that people want to see what you made in 3 days.
