"Thanks for playing!"

I was confused at first because on my pc the bullets are not displayed so I launch the game then die and I've no idea what happened. After reading no mention of anything similar in the comments I tried to play on another browser which made no difference then on another pc and understood how I was dying.

The first time I emptied the hp bar of the enemy I had so much no idea of what to do that I ended up rushing into the center, which turns out wasn't the greatest idea ;) Second time I just went on dodging which I barely managed to do and was a better idea.

The game is very fun, it's perfectly suited to a jam as its length is yet it feels like a complete experiment. The difficulty is also perfect for the jam. The 4 sequences all deliver notably beautiful patterns which even more important are also very fun to dodge. I learnt that you need to be patient to play this game, take the time to get your hps back before trying to attack again.

Thanks for sharing!

Ya, we had to use a experimentar feature for it to render on the browser, WebGPU, sorry for the trouble, by any chance if you restarted the first PC would it shownthe bullets?

Thank you for going to such a length to play the game still, and I'm happy you Enjoyed the game so much.

No problem, it was worth it.

If I try the game now the bullets are still not visible.

Nice way to let us explore the controls in a safe environment first. It's always nice to be eased into things before the real chaos starts.

This was awesome. I loved the pure survival focus of it. After I picked up a gamepad, I was able to survive for much longer, and the controls felt really good that way. The movement was really responsive and the dash cooldown was generous, which was really helpful when standing on the portals.

The patterns were very inventive and visually stimulating, and I liked how the theme played into the arena/space changing. The third phase was definitely tough, but it was also really exciting once everything started getting more intense.

Did you make the music too? Because it was awesome and fit the game really well. Very addicting game.

Happy to hear you enjoyed it! The audio was all made by Stethri.

This was a fun challenge, the last part can be intense and it’s a nice survival part

I would liked that dash was another key, at the end I had the Sticky Keys window over the screen because the amount of dash you have to make, which don’t make it impossible since you only need to dash around until you complete the game but it hurts the experience of the last part

About the phases, it would be nice a little pre-read at the start of the 3rd phase, I got a free hit because of the white bullet around the boss only because I was standing without moving. The explosives that grab you are fun and make you move more than previous phases and I think 3rd phase it’s my favorite for how active it is

About the gameplay, the movement is nice, I just would have liked that the player was a circle and not a square for the corners, and sometimes when you dash a little before moving, it dash in the previous facing direction that only could be a problem in the second phase, outside that the controls are good

The final part can be a little confusing how much you have to endure, so a timer would be great or maybe there was but I couldn’t see it for the windows window xD

Nice game, it was fun! :)

I want to continue coming back and improve myself to beat this game. And for me that’s the most important aspect of fun in skill-based games. I had a feeling I am playing something similar to Super Hexagon, but without a time limit.

Haven’t finished the game, but the experience is great so far!

This is a genuinely great submission! wonderfully executed! its' a shame this has so few ratings because i think this is a gem! if i had to grasp for critique being able to remap the dash would be nice, and the damage area sometimes spawns mostly out of the map, or under the boss, being basically unreachable, leading to needless waiting.

But the controls are snappy and responsive! the dash is finely tuned and felt great, really did exactly as i expected it to, your audio design is, imo, flawless, snappy and responsive sfx, and the music is a great choice, bit slow on the reset with the main menu but otherwise i really can't think of much you could improve upon this design. well done c:

Thank you for the feedback! There is an update ready for when the game jam voting ends to fix some of the issues you mentioned:
- You can now rebind the controls.
- The damage zones only spawn within the arena and on a radius around the boss (AKA no more impossible areas).
- Reduced the time it takes to start the game.

I'm excited to try it c:
