theorically, the best food is make by somehow you catch a fish with max weight by a max reinforced enhanced hypersteel fishing rod, and use it to cook fancy fried fish with SS+ rank. but in an optimized way, beefsteak in fast mode is the most balanced cost in price, difflcult, time and amount of semen, for me btw.
