Mia for me has had a romance event available since right before the 3 scouting missions prior to the final battle at the cabin. She was lvl 5 at the time. I believe I checked everything too. now that I’m at the cave section, the event is still present. I don’t know if I missed something or it’s a bug. I haven’t gotten any missions to do this event. Since then I have ofc done several more romance events with her but the heart icon is still present. Also Robin has been at lvl 5 since I think like pre lily, I don’t know if it’s my fault or that’s just the current game design. But now everyone her is at 9, I just got the pregnancy reveal so I assume her event is will increase now. Like she’s definitely lacked some arc compared to the others, since Mia was introduced she’s taken a clear backseat, I hope that changes with the post pregnancy.
But yeah please let me know if I missed something or if it’s a bug
