Enjoyed it! Music was fitting, and kind of a bop when the shark showed up. The escalating health on the doors was interesting, but kind of locked you into pushing your damage as much as possible. The resurrection ended up not being super useful with it only taking you back to 1 hp. Shooting the doors to get at the goods inside was a natural way to gate the juicy xp rewards, but a tad uninteresting compared to shooting the people coming after you. I'd love to see the rooms guarded by the sharks men instead to make breaking into a room a little more exciting. Keep them locked to the room so the player can bite off more than they can chew perhaps? Art was nice too, loved the pistol spin.
Great work!

Cool game, I really love reloading in this game. Feels so satisfying the spinning of the gun :D Increasing difficulty with higher bounty is a good way. Good job :)
I loved it. Unfortunately the shark got me... Very original that we as a player are the bounty. Couldn't come up with something I wish was improved.
When the Marty Robbins remix kicked in I was poppin' off! nice work on this one!
Was fun! I really liked how the idea of the game getting harder as your bounty went up, and doing things to try to increase that bounty. It was a bit repetitive with damage requirements being so high, and the upgrades didn't quite scale with it. The impact of doing extra damage is also lost when the enemy's HP also scales up. I'd probably recommend some damage numbers popping up, or choosing to increase quantity of enemies rather than increase hp.
The balancing is a bit off, especially with the deadly bullets upgrade. It's as effective as 3 damage upgrades, but it also takes 3 upgrades for it to be reusable (1 deadly bullets + 2 health). I know the health upgrade said it would heal to full, but it only healed to 10 for me (after i had previously picked up the health). I wish it was an upgrade that you could equip in the beginning without health upgrades, would have been more interesting.
All in all, nice simple and fun!
That was fun! I really liked the art and sound design - I just barely clutched out a win against the shark I had like 2hp left. I think also the revive perk didn't seem to work? I had it but when I died it didn't seem to revive me. Anyways, great job I had fun playing!
Cool game! I didn't fully understand everything that was happening but I was ready to unleash some demonic cowboy vengeance anyhow! *revolver spin*
Very nice gameplay! quite polished as well. Artstyle is also quite nice. Rogue-like games are not really up my alley but I quite enjoy this one
Fun roguelike game. The balancing is off, though. I have a triple click button on my mouse and was using it to spam fire and I was able to beat the shark twice, but a lot of the map seems inaccessible. I do like the gameplay loop of "working" to destroy a door and staving off repairers and meleers and shooters while you're trying to destroy it.
It's not clear what procs the reward screen to me. Autofire rate upgrade doesn't do anything since you can spam click to bypass the fire rate, which is maybe intended, but the hp pool on enemies and environment is too high. Silver bullet scales oppositely with mag size, bloody bullets kill you if you get the upgrade first item (at least make it 9hp so I can try to live on 1hp).
Really fun game at its base, just some numbers need tweaking so that the scaling goes more exponential with the upgrades.
I just wanted too add on, in order to take bloody bullets you need to take 2 health upgrades* and then you can take it, but it only grants +3 damage, so taking 3 sharp shooters (+1 dmg) costs the same amount of upgrades AND doesn't lose any max hp
*technically you can grab it in two with starting hp + 1 health upgrade, but then I requires 2 health upgrades every time you take it
