Nice shader! Reminds me of mine :P looks like we had a similar idea, that鈥檚 so nice! I also like the repair mechanic, it adds a bit of flavour and variation to the whole adventure. Controlling the submarine from a little window gets a bit uncomfortable at times but I think you handled it well - maybe in a future build (if you expand it) you could lock the camera to the screen at a more generous angle. All in all an inspired entry, I liked the space horror element!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I did plan to lock the camera and my current build has that, however that build also has some new features so I can't push it during the jam

Screenshots look great! any chance of a build you can play in the browser?

It's unfortunately not possible with the shader. For context the shader utilizes the "hint_normal_roughness_texture" to calculate the edge notmal to handle the highlights. That is unfortunately not available in web builds.  There also isn't a functional alternative for me to use. I did look into it again this morning. Normally we do web exports. I think there are only 3 games on our profile that don't have web exports.

You are welcome to download and play in a vm if you're nervous. It's what I've done in the past if someones itch profile looks sketch.
