Theme implementation
Direction: you move in 4 primary directions to move across the buttons to stitch them. Basically, it is SNAKE, but you can move through your past body.
Special Object addition
Needle: You move the needle throughout the board, indicating you are sewing. Moving across buttons means you stitch them.
