If you rate my game, I will rate yours!

Enhance your projects visibility with a honest rating!

v1.4 is out with new NPCs, golden fragments and Fracture hazards. Additionally, the shops have been reworked. I am still available to provide feedback with the "If you rate my game, I will rate yours!"!

I will like to know how you like the new update, and I plan to charge money for the next version. I would like feedback on if you or others would be willing to pay for another major update.

Note: The web version is the full game, and will always be, only the new features of the next update will have a price.

Play the game here: https://codergenius72.itch.io/dualspace

I can only play in browser games.

I’ve been testing it and the vibration feels fine, no worries. In the end, everyone will tell you something different; I even saw static NPCs right at the beginning.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “Completion % mechanic.”

Overall, I like the idea quite a lot. The reward feeling from solving puzzles works well and makes you want to keep progressing. That said, I still feel like it needs a lot more progress and polish.

It would probably help to reinforce some aspects of the core loop: adding effects or sounds to movement, a slight camera shake in certain moments, etc. Coins, for example, should definitely make a sound when picked up.

It would also help if the different areas were a bit more visually distinct, so the player doesn’t have to stress their brain too much while navigating and can quickly recognize places they’ve already been to.

The concept is already fairly broad and honestly not bad at all; it just needs more polish.

You don’t need to try anything of mine, don’t worry.

Thank you for the feedback! The Completion % shows in the top right, telling you how much you have discovered.

  • i'm not sure how to win, do i collect all coins or all keys? I walked around randomly i'm not sure what to do.
  • what are the keys for?
  • there isn't a lot of puzzles. I did more walking than solving puzzles.

Does anyone want to provide more feedback?

I am looking for feedback on what I just finished. It plays fine to me and the people I know, but that is to be expected.

I would like to provide feedback! However, I can only play games in browser...

why

Hello!
I played for a bit, and was quite confused as to what i had to do to start, but eventually i started figuring out I have to collect keys and complete puzzles.

Screen shake seemed fine to me. I see the completion goes up with every coin and key i collect - but i dont really have anything to say about that. I know for myself, i wouldn't never even try to collect all the coins. I see NPCs, but i dont really know how to interact with them so i ignored them.
Lastly, the music was a bit brutal on the ears, so i turned it off.

I'd welcome feedback on my project. Mostly about how fun it is.

Thank you for the feedback! I played your game and at first it took a while to load, but it finally worked. I do think some upgrades are a bit broken. I used the rocket launcher, shotgun, and the bullet ring as the solder on the 11 minute setting

  • Rocket Launcher created ~10 second fire rate but massive explosions at level 3
  • Shotgun worked nicely
  • Bullet ring caused bullets to go at almost 0 speed

In the 2nd mission, the one where enemies continually spawn, I killed tens of enemies at a time, and they would all instantly spawn again, causing me to die. Overall, a nice game, with a detailed tutorial!

Can you please rate my game, Dualspace

Also, I wanted to give you a 5 star review, but it's not working
