Hi Itch.io Support Team, Ticket Number    367839

I am writing to urgently request that you lift the temporary search indexing restriction (quarantine) from my game page:

https://eachoneinformation.itch.io/neonrush3dendlesspeedchallenge

I submitted my game to IGDB (Internet Game Database) and provided them with my Itch.io page link. However, the IGDB admins checked it and told me that the game is not appearing in Itch.io's public search results because of the quarantine. They are strictly insisting that they will NOT approve my game database listing until it becomes visible in public search indexing on Itch.io.

Please understand that my game is 100% legitimate and is already live and fully functional on other major platforms. Here are the proof links of my live game:

1. Gamejolt: https://gamejolt.com/games/neon-rush-3d-official/1063390

2. TapTap: https://www.taptap.io/app/34000605

3. Apkpure: https://apkpure.com/p/com.eachoneinformationchannel.neonrush3dendlessspeedchalle...

4. Uptodown: https://neon-rush-3d-endless-speed-challenge.en.uptodown.com/android

5. IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt41944584/

As you can see, the game is already verified and running on multiple platforms. My entire release cycle is completely stuck on IGDB just because of this Itch.io search filter.

I request you to please review these details and lift the quarantine immediately so that the IGDB team can finally approve my game. Thank you for your urgent support.

Best regards,

Eachone Information Channel
