Win: First time I made a game with just mouse controls, all my other jams have had keyboard or controller support.
Lose: I wasn't able to work on it as much as I wanted. The last few days I've been spending time with my family so I had to submit something that had a bunch of features missing that I wanted to include.
But I'm happy I finished.

Jams are good for experimenting, and I know the burden of not having enough spare time. While I'm still (self) learning bits and pieces I always aim to make a differemt style game or different features and mechanics in every jam. I made a clicker style game in last year's jam and it did pretty well.
