Wins: First time EVER making a 3D game and first time using shaders. Also, I was SO busy these 10 days that submitting a stylized and interesting product is something I'm really proud of.

Losses: Majority of the story done between 11pm and 4am, so it's kind of tacky, as is the final scene which I really wanted to hit hard. Also, I couldn't implement as much horror as I originally wanted.

I made a 3d game in a jam last year, my first actual 3d game.  I'd experimented with 3d before, but never got around to making it a game.

I learned that 3D modelling can be rather time consuming to do in a jam, but if you already have models to use, it's easier to end up with a game that looks pretty good.

I've also learned from this jam that if you want a full fledged story in a jam game, you either get a game that can be incomplete due to the time needed to make said story and get all the required elements into the game, or you end up with more of a visiual novel, or even an ebook, just to fit the development time into the game jam.
