A nice and simple game!
I got stuck immediately on my first 3 secs of playing. I was wondering why I couldn’t move at all. From the comments it’s a known issue already but that’s probably the #1 thing you need to fix.
I was able to deliver some packages on subsequent plays. I was gonna say maybe there needs to be a simpler introductory level but on second thought, there might not be a need for it since you can always just explore the mechanics and gameplay in a run (it’s not like there is a threat to the player).
Finally good job on the background and artwork. I like how the shadow is done on the buildings. Also after exploring the map a little, its turns out you can fall off the map:
