There is no weather (it's in the todo list), I suppose you mean the cycle day/night with the sun and moon orbits, the tides comes from the previous Jam with the theme Tides. Shores are too squares because the rendering algorithm to make them tidy was too heavy, so I removed it. Yeah multiplayer work, but it was not working on the submitted web entry, you can check the server state here https://evodino.emillon.fr/server/
There is many small things that is not right on the movements, but if you are speaking of speed then it is normally right, but there is multiples factors changing your speed like ground material.
