I made one connection: T -> Straight -> T for a closed loop. I genuinely don't know how the pieces can be fit together to achieve a line from one border to the other, or how to make any other form of closed loop.
If I knew how to do anything else I might keep playing, as it is I think I'm at the limit of my abilities!
