this was a great game! you could have done more with the theme but i understand why you didn't. to improve, you could zoom in the camera view a bit more and made the graphics a bit less harsh

I completed the first room. This lava is impassible. Closing and reopening the game does not fix this.
I also find the graphics to be way too zoomed out, personally.
I like the idea of buying rooms, but I did not get to play much.
itsa bug. u can delete the save file in settings tho. press esc to get to the settings.
I did so, and played the game a little more. You have a neat idea here! I like how the custom rooms follow you around.
Unfortunately, the game was still way zoomed out, and it began to hurt my eyes after a short time playing. it looks as if you have some well-made graphics for the characters, but the background was harsh and it was hard to see everything. The music was also a little overbearing. Personal preference, I know.
How does this even fit the theme? did you even create this for the game jam!?
im not that good at english, so i thought 'opposing force' was about killing waves of enemies from the opposing side or sth, dk cuz it sounded like that.
I see now! The theme is just very broad, so yours actually does fit the theme. because in your game enemies are the opposing force! and with all that aside, your game is pretty fun and the art is very good :)
