we can't play this it wont open :(

this game was fine, but the multiple keys i had to think about made it feel a bit clunky. making it more skill based would of made it more fun (for me at least) rather than just pressing the correct button when i have to

This was an enjoyable game that fit the theme. However, the text was hidden in the cutscene and the art and sound design was quite messy. however, this was a fun game and i would play it more if it was more polished.

game was alright, but it didn't really fit the theme at all. if you put in just a bit more effort, you could of improved a lot.

this was a great  game! you could have done more with the theme but i understand why you didn't. to improve, you could zoom in the camera view a bit more and made the graphics a bit less harsh

sadly i couldn't complete this game because
a. i am bad
b. i kept getting the glitch where it locks your momentum in 1 direction (basically softlocked)
seems like a good game tho :)

i enjoyed this game, but you didn't have a very interesting take on the theme. it feels like you took a fun game and wrapped it around the theme, rather than thinking up a unique gameplay loop from scratch. it would also be more fun to play if there were more checkpoints

i can't rate this, as i can't run it. :)

this game was too luck based to be honest. you had a good idea that fitted the theme, but you didn't execute it very well, which maybe you could have done if you didn't submit 3 days early. this game has potential if you continue work on it though!

i genuinely enjoyed this game so much, more than some of the more polished games. i assume you made the music yourself as well, and it sounds great! only critique is that the sandstorm get exponentially stronger which means once you lose your momentum there's no way to get it back and i have to physically reload the game. instead, you could make it so that when the player gets hit, either the wind slows back down or the game restarts.

well-made game, but you should add some more easy levels before throwing the player into the difficult stuff. but good job!

really nice art, but going for a simple art style might have given you time to make a better gameplay loop. the player movement didn't work on my end, it was really stuttery. good idea though, i hope you keep working on it after the jam ends

great game for within the timespan. maybe add a screenshake for when the player gets hit as it wasn't super obvious. you could have also toned down the terrain and works more on the player movement and enemy ai

thanks for the feedback!
i didn't think about the thing with higher resolution, but regarding the thing about mashing the up arrow, well- the bug is a feature now.
there is no need to press the spacebar, you just need 1 hand for arrows and enter, and other hand for the mouse. I thought abt adding platforms but didn't have time sorry. After voting is over i will work on it more.

woah super good game for such a short timespan
seems like you used your time wisely (unlike me lol)

you successfully made me rage. did take a bit of trial and error to figure out how to gain momentum so maybe put that in the description
